Commo Wins DKL Player of the Week Honors Monday, September 19th, 2033 So far in his young career, Jim Commo has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Darryl Kile League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Antioch Coal Miners center fielder hit at a torrid .500 clip as he collected 10 hits in 20 at-bats, 3 home runs, 4 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Commo is hitting .284 this year with 26 home runs and 90 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .385, 88 walks and scored 108 times. |
