Brennan Gone for Season in Scranton Saturday, August 13th, 2033 A blow for Theodore Brennan today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 6 months with a broken bone in the elbow. Brennan suffered the injury colliding with a player at a base. Although officials from the Scranton Escape are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Brennan's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. For the season Brennan is currently batting .271 with 12 home runs and 53 RBIs. In 92 games he has reached base at a .377 rate and scored 46 runs to date. |
