Player of the Week: Scranton's Huot Monday, July 11th, 2033 A hot-hitting week got John Huot the Nick Adenhart League Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The Scranton center fielder slammed them for a .538 average, 14 hits in 26 at-bats, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and scored 2 runs. In the postgame press conference, Huot shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that." In the current season, Huot has put up a .378 batting average with 31 hits, 4 home runs, 17 RBI and scored 15 runs. |
