Riordan Nixed as Manager by Titans Wednesday, July 6th, 2033 In an expected move, the Chicago Titans fired manager Bill Riordan today. The team had not been performing up to expectations, and it was thought to be just a matter of time before the move was made. "We've decided to go in a different direction," Chicago general manager Joe Unknown explained to the assembled press. "We'd like to thank Bill for his service and wish him well in the future." The organization has been mum on possible candidates for the position, but expect to name a replacement soon. |
