Nick Adenhart League Announces #1 Player Monday, June 27th, 2033 23-year-old Noboru Kamada made a few Canton headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Nick Adenhart League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 27 at-bats to put up a .407 average. Kamada collected 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and scored 5 runs. So far this season, Kamada has recorded a .331 batting average with 93 hits, 15 home runs, 53 RBIs, 42 runs scored and a .384 OBP. |
