Peralta Wins DKL Player of the Week Prize Monday, May 30th, 2033 At the age of 28, Ricardo Peralta might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Reno third baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .545 batting average. For his efforts Peralta collected the Darryl Kile League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 home runs and 10 RBIs last week in 6 games. Presently Peralta is batting .294 and has collected 7 home runs, 26 RBIs, .397 OBP and scored 30 runs. |
