Season May Be Over for Bombers Nickless Saturday, June 12th, 2032 The Bronx Bombers were dealt a blow today when catcher Bernard Nickless left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Nickless has suffered a fractured ankle and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. This season Nickless is batting .293 with 9 home runs. He has scored 26 runs and driven in 22. |
