Akio Ishii won't be pulling up stakes anytime soon, as he has signed a 4-year extension at a pay rate of $18,500,000 per annum. Since he is widely seen as an integral part of the club, Dallas officials had to keep Ishii from jumping ship. Ishii has batted .297 for his career with 1116 hits, 145 doubles, 28 triples, 156 home runs, and 553 RBIs. |
