Oklahoma City Ace Wins TML Cy Young Award Friday, November 24th, 2034 The Oklahoma City Prowlers have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's John Denny, this year's Thurman Munson League Cy Young Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Denny compiled a 18-6 record in 30 starts, tallied 189 strikeouts in 208 innings and recorded a 2.86 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .235 batting average against him. Ryan Goldberg of the Oklahoma City Prowlers finished second in voting, while Salah bin Atif of the Bloomington Blazers finished third. |
