Maple Star Captures TML Bat Crown Friday, October 13th, 2034 Ángel Vázquez said he doesn't know how many years he has left in the sport, so a batting title is an "incredibly sweet" honor. The 35-year-old Maple Marauders catcher batted .344 to capture the 2034 Thurman Munson League batting championship. On the year, he had 156 hits, 14 doubles, no triples and 21 home runs for the year. In 128 games Vázquez totaled 81 RBIs and scored 81 runs. |
