ABL News: Playoffs begin Friday, October 13th, 2034 What months ago was a dream is now reality. The trade deadline has passed, along with all the GMs' wheeling and dealing. Contract negotiations are on hold. Front office work is all put on the back burner. Now it's time for each club, player, coach and manager to put their imprint on ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE history. Nobody will remember the free agent who got away. No one will care about the trade that fell through. People will remember just one thing about the playoffs -- the team that wins the ABL World Series crown. The Divisional Round starts today with these matchups: South Carolina Bombers versus Bloomington Blazers, Maple Marauders (BYE), Quebec Armada versus Mile High Mustangs, Oklahoma City Prowlers (BYE), New England Colonials versus Havana Stogies, Hawaii Islanders (BYE), Rubber City Rhinos versus Dallas Texans and So Cal Republic (BYE). |
