Prowlers Win Tight Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division Race Thursday, October 12th, 2034 It was far from a foregone conclusion, but the Oklahoma City Prowlers are now champions of the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division. "We battled, day in and day out," said starting pitcher Ryan Goldberg. "This is one to savor, as it was close right down to the end and that puts a lot of pressure on a team." With a record of 88-73, the Prowlers have officially won their 1st division crown. Manager Evan Kiser said there's "a lot of pride and excitement" involved in coming out on top of the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division. The club will now be looking to win the 1st ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE championship in franchise history. |
