Wayne Ford Injured, Out for Season Friday, September 15th, 2034 Doctors in Eureka said Wayne Ford might not play anymore this year. The Hornets catcher suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament during a game against the Hawaii Islanders and will be out for at least 9-10 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. To date this season Ford is hitting .228 with 8 home runs. |
