Islanders Davi Suffers Setback Thursday, September 7th, 2034 Hawaii Islanders first baseman Baber Davi got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Davi to be ready to go within 6 days. He told BNN, "I didn't expect a strained hamstring to take this long to heal." So far this year in 96 games Davi is hitting .267 with 8 home runs, 53 RBIs and 37 runs scored. |
