More Injury Problems For Hawaii's Baber Davi Tuesday, September 5th, 2034 Hawaii first baseman Baber Davi has suffered a setback in his recovery from a strained hamstring. According to Islanders officials, he will be out of action for 5 days. "Doctors are concerned with the rate of healing and have decided that Davi will need additional time in rehab before he will be cleared to play," one team spokesman explained to reporters. Presently Davi is batting .267 with 102 hits and 8 home runs. He has knocked in 53 runs and scored 37 times. |
