San Diego's Bian Chosen RCL Batter of the Month Friday, September 1st, 2034 An-yi Bian may be much younger than other hitters in the Roberto Clemente League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old San Diego third baseman hit .349 with 7 home runs, 25 RBIs and 22 runs scored. Bian is presently hitting at a .319 pace with 23 home runs and 86 RBIs. He has played in 115 games and scored 72 times. |
