McMahon and Steamer Suspended, Out 4 Games Sunday, August 27th, 2034 There was a heated confrontation yesterday at Golden Gate Park between the Earthquakes and Marauders that resulted in ejections and suspensions. Dustin McMahon of San Francisco and Joey Steamer of Maple were issued 4-game suspensions by the league office for initiating the on-field disturbance. So far this year in 72 games McMahon is hitting .215 with 1 home run, 22 RBIs and 18 runs scored. This season Steamer has compiled a 11-7 record with a 3.94 ERA. |
