TML's #1 Player, Ine of Maple Monday, August 14th, 2034 At the age of 31, Kojuro Ine might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Maple first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .440 batting average. For his efforts Ine collected the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 11 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs and 14 RBIs last week in 6 games. For the season Ine is currently batting .331 with 33 home runs and 109 RBIs. In 111 games he has reached base at a .414 rate and scored 96 runs to date. |
