Star 1B Signs Pact with Texans Friday, August 11th, 2034 Dallas fans celebrated as word of a signing became reality. Dave Stoner won't be pulling up stakes anytime soon, as he has signed a 8-year extension at a pay rate of $7,156,250 per annum. Since he is widely seen as an integral part of the club, Dallas officials had to keep Stoner from jumping ship. This season Stoner is batting .286 with 16 home runs.
