Rehab Setback For Callum Mannion Wednesday, July 19th, 2034 Callum Mannion was taking it slow and easy nursing a torn ligament in his thumb back to good health, when he suffered a setback. According to a Las Vegas team official, "Callum was making excellent progress and it appeared he would return to the squad ahead of schedule. But then he reinjured it in a light workout." Club doctors now say the 22-year-old Aces center fielder will be out at least another 3 months. Callum Mannion is expected to undergo surgery in Las Vegas(Nevada) tomorrow. For the year Mannion is batting .246 with 31 hits and 3 home runs. He has scored 17 times and driven in 13. |
