Zabel and Murchison Fight, Suspended 4 Games Sunday, July 16th, 2034 The league commissioner's office announced today that Gerd Zabel of the Republic and Tom Murchison of the Sasquatch have both been suspended for 4 games for fighting in the recent game between Seattle and So Cal at House of the Republic. Currently Zabel is hitting .258 and has collected 17 home runs, 49 RBIs and scored 48 times, while playing in 77 games. Taking a look at his season stats for 2034, Murchison has made 8 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-1 won-lost mark with a 3.63 ERA.
