Park Belts 5 Hits Friday, June 2nd, 2034 Maple Marauders right fielder Jae-hoon Park had a day to remember at Legends Park today, ripping apart the San Francisco Earthquakes and sparking the Marauders to a 14-3 victory. Park wrote his name in the record books with a 5-hit barrage, finishing his special day 5-for-5. "I'm usually a first ball hitter," Park told BNN reporters in the postgame press conference. "I think pitchers think batters are going to let the first one go by. I never do. I've always found that it's better to pull the trigger early in the count. Pitchers get real nasty when they get ahead of you, so I try to avoid it." Jae-hoon Park hit a two-run home run off Carlos Estrada in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
