Tekkan Tanaka to Miss 4-5 Weeks Wednesday, April 19th, 2034 Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Tekkan Tanaka of the Rhinos knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Dallas Texans while running the bases. Because of a strained abdominal muscle, the Rubber City second baseman is expected to miss 4-5 weeks. Tanaka was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen." This year Tanaka is hitting .304 with no home runs. |
