Friday, April 7th, 2034
Baber Davi circled the bases and raised his arm in triumph. He had finally hit his 300th home run. Davi spoke with BNN and said, "I knew number 300 would come sooner or later. I had to keep reminding myself, 'Relax, relax, just let it happen, let it happen.' And it finally did."
His milestone homer came in the Hawaii Islanders 5-4 win over the Santa Fe Fuego. Davi went 2 for 5 in the game, scored 2 runs, and batted in 2.
During his career Davi has compiled a .313 batting average and collected 2309 hits, 300 home runs and 1284 RBIs.
