Maple's Steve McBryde Suffers Setback

The road to recovery is going to be a little longer for Maple starting pitcher Steve McBryde. The team announced today that McBryde suffered a setback in his rehabilitation and will not return to the roster for at least 5 months. He is being treated for a torn meniscus.
Steve McBryde is expected to undergo surgery in Toronto(Ontario) tomorrow.
McBryde has collected 31 wins and 61 losses over his career with a 5.39 ERA. The 29-year-old hurler also has struck out 752 batters in 892 innings and allowed 1065 hits.
