Trujillo Takes TML's Best Bat Trophy Saturday, October 1st, 2033 Javier Trujillo made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Thurman Munson League this past month. The Quebec Armada shortstop shined through the month of September and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old hit .380 with 2 home runs, 26 RBIs and 18 runs scored. So far this season Trujillo is batting .335 with 3 home runs, 82 RBIs and 120 runs scored. He has 215 hits in 642 at-bats, 53 walks and a .387 OBP. Trujillo has played in 151 games. |
