Johnson Spins Shutout Against Brooklyn Sunday, September 4th, 2033 Tanner Johnson kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the So Cal Republic were all smiles after winning 3-0 against the Brooklyn Black Knights at Blue Ivy Stadium today. The left-handed Johnson gave up no runs in his start, permitted 4 hits and had 7 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Johnson said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be."
