TML Selects Jostle August's Best Pitcher Thursday, September 1st, 2033 James Jostle took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month award for August. The 25-year-old Mustangs starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 5-0 won-lost record in 6 starts. This month he fanned 57 batters in 38 innings and compiled a 1.89 ERA. This year Jostle has worked 162.1 innings with 218 strikeouts en route to a 11-3 record and 3.27 ERA. |
