More Injury Problems For San Diego's Zong-yuan Sang Tuesday, August 2nd, 2033 San Diego got some bad news today concerning reliever Zong-yuan Sang. He is recovering from a strained shoulder. Club doctors have extended his time of return to 6 days, saying his injury has not responded well to treatment. It is worse than they first diagnosed. This season Sang has claimed 7 saves and registered a 1-3 record with a 2.82 ERA. He has 24 relief appearances spanning 22.1 innings and has struck out 13. |
