TML Announces Best Pitcher for July Monday, August 1st, 2033 Paco Berroa is at the zenith of his career and today he was selected as the Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month for July. He made 14 relief appearances for Bloomington last month, throwing 15.1 innings and collecting 7 saves, a 4-0 record, 18 strikeouts and a 4.70 ERA. This season Berroa has 33 saves. In 54 relief appearances he has tossed 53.1 innings, struck out 55 and issued 16 walks with a 9-1 record. The Bloomington reliever has recorded a 3.54 ERA and allowed the opposition to hit .266 when he is in the game. |
