Done Deal: Johnson for Ubriani Friday, July 29th, 2033 So Cal and San Francisco made a trade today. In this move, the Republic shipped 23-year-old minor league RHP Clement Bowden and 21-year-old minor league RF John Johnson to the Earthquakes for 32-year-old minor league RHP Donkal Ubriani. The So Cal GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players." San Francisco will retain a portion of Ubriani's remaining contract. This season Ubriani has compiled a 3-2 mark, 1.94 ERA and made 10 starts. |
