Texans Lose Ruíz for 3 Months Saturday, June 25th, 2033 When Esteban Ruíz was hurt against the Eureka Hornets, the Dallas Texans were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 33-year-old second baseman suffered a broken hand colliding with a player at a base in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Ruíz would miss 3 months of the season. Thus far this season in 75 games Ruíz is batting .312 with 22 home runs, 64 RBIs and 53 runs scored.
