Earthquakes Ramírez to Miss Year Sunday, June 19th, 2033 Doctors in San Francisco said Gonzalo Ramírez might not play anymore this year. The Earthquakes reliever suffered a stretched elbow ligament during a game against the Eureka Hornets and will be out for at least 11 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. To date this year, he has registered no saves, 1 win and no losses with a 6.46 ERA. Ramírez has made 8 relief appearances, worked a total of 15.1 innings and surrendered 20 hits. He has fanned 18, issued 10 free passes and held opposing clubs to a .333 batting average. |
