A 3-RBI performance from right fielder Martin Torres, who leads the HAL in doubles with 17, led the San Marin Mustangs to a 3-2 win over the Pleasantville Panthers. The Mustangs bumped their record to 19-18 with this latest triumph.

Torres had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 1-0 cutter from Mike Thompson, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Mustangs a 3-2 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Torres.

"We found a way to get it done," Torres said.
