Jaguars Continue Skid Thanks to Field, Islanders
Grand Island played host to Jacksonville State at the friendly confines of Ballpark of Morelia HS.

The Grand Island Islanders topped the Jacksonville State Jaguars by the score of 11-4, with the largest share of the credit going to second baseman Dave Field. Field went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Islanders. Jacksonville State's current losing streak has reached 4 games.
