The 2034 season is getting ugly for Jacksonville State.

The Riverside Poly beat the Jacksonville State Jaguars, 12-3, at Chickenhawks Stadium. The Poly got a fine performance from left fielder Dan Abrahamson, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. John Radtke picked up the win with 8.1 innings of work. He allowed 3 earned runs on 5 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 6. On the season, he is now 1-3.

Riverside used the clutch hitting of Tristan Erdahl to capture the win. The right fielder drilled a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to give the Poly the lead, 3-0. For the game, Erdahl had 1 single and 1 double in 6 at-bats.

Abrahamson told a Riverside News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.

The Poly bumped their record to 19-16 with this latest triumph.
