Sasquatch Fall Short at South Carolina
The Seattle Sasquatch and South Carolina Bombers provided some drama at Bomber Ballpark.

The South Carolina Bombers eked out a 4-3 win versus the Seattle Sasquatch at Bomber Ballpark. Nobody did more than first baseman Bill Hawken, who captured player of the game honors. South Carolina has now won 3 in a row.

Hawken had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a 2-0 fastball from Tom Murchison, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Bombers a 4-3 lead. It was the 7th home run of the year for Hawken.

Hawken said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
