It was a good time at Sea Hawks Stadium, where fans came to watch the Chiba Lotte Marines and ORIX Buffaloes get after it.

The Chiba Lotte Marines took it on the chin, losing 12-0 to the ORIX Buffaloes. Hachemon Hitomi, who leads the PL with a 1.15 WHIP, pitched a strong game for ORIX. Hitomi, now 4-0, was the winner. In 5.2 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 7, walking 1, and allowing no earned runs. Phuc Ng picked up the save for ORIX, his 2nd of the year.

Keita Sato swatted a 2-run home run for ORIX in the bottom of the first. The designated hitter went 2 for 2 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 3.
