Multi-HR Game for Yoneda in 13-8 Win
The ORIX Buffaloes defeated the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles, 13-8, at Sea Hawks Stadium today. Leading the charge for ORIX was right fielder Kenzaburo Yoneda. He was 2-2 with 2 home runs and 3 walks, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 4. ORIX reliever Hiroshi Kawamura picked up the win to move to 2-0. Ryozo Uehara suffered the loss. The winning streak has now reached 6 games for the Buffaloes.

Yoneda had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Buffaloes went on to win.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Yoneda said. "We did a good job of that today."
