It was a fun time at Ballpark of Hakui College, where the Chiba Lotte Marines and Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters tangled.

The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters stymied the Chiba Lotte Marines, 7-1, at Ballpark of Hakui College. Takahiro Kato, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He went 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk for Hokkaido Nippon-Ham. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham reliever Yoneo Saito picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Matt Wolfe absorbed the loss.
