Jaguars Get Road Win, 6-3
|
The Jacksonville State Jaguars picked up a win at Attack Ballpark, knocking off the Seminole Warhawks, 6-3. Starting pitcher Tom Lowe was an essential part of his team's success. Even with the win, the Jaguars have a dismal 9-18 record.
It could have been a different outcome for Jacksonville State, had it not been for Ben Dail, the 15-year old second baseman . Dail contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put Jacksonville State up, 2-0.
"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Dail said.
