Losing Streak Continues for Panthers with 5-3 Loss to Cardinals
|
The Kearny High Cardinals picked up a win at Batfish Ballpark, knocking off the Pitman High Panthers, 5-3. On the mound for Kearny High was left-hander Matt Marsh, who played a pivotal role in the win. Marsh, now 3-1, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 3, walking 4, and allowing 3 earned runs. The last-place Panthers have lost 8 straight games.
