Armada right fielder Kichisaburo Tanaka put his stamp on his team's 8-5 win over the San Diego Hops. Tanaka was 3-6 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 times for Quebec in the contest. The win was Zong-yuan Sang's in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Taylor Longbottom took the loss for San Diego. The third-place Armada lifted their record to 39-41.

The Armada got a big at-bat from second baseman Abalendu Manglorkar. For the game, Manglorkar was 2-6 with 2 singles. In the top of the 12th, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 111st hit of the season gave Quebec a 5-4 lead.
