Eddie Steele was instrumental in his team's 8-4 triumph over the Niagara Stars. The shortstop went 3-4 with a home run, a triple, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Saskatoon Legends. Saskatoon reliever Quinn Desjardins got the win, raising his record to 2-1. Arvin Fox was tagged with the loss. Saskatoon has now won 3 in a row.

Carl Poulin hit a 2-run double off Arvin Fox in the top of the first, which put the Legends in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Poulin had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.
