Harkness Hits 2 home runs in Outlaws Win
|
Calgary left fielder Keith Harkness made his presence felt in the 11-4 Outlaws triumph over the Victoria Capitals. Harkness hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 6. The Outlaws, now 13-7, have won 5 in a row.
John MacLeod, who is rated as the 27th best prospect by BNN, aided the Calgary cause with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch in the bottom of the first. For the game, the shortstop drove in one run.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said MacLeod. "And not try to do too much."
