Stackhouse 4-4 as Outlaws Drub Stars
The Calgary Outlaws stopped the Niagara Stars, 14-0, at Corvettes Ballpark. The Outlaws got a big game from Randy Stackhouse, who went 4 for 4 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. Calgary reliever Jean-François Luciani was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Seth McBrayer took the loss. The Outlaws bumped their record to 10-7 with this latest triumph.

Stackhouse had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Outlaws went on to win.

"We played hard and won," said Stackhouse. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'
