Hurricanes Bang Out 8-5 Win Versus Arkansas
Aaron Lentz was superb against Arkansas. The right-hander had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a 8-5 Hurricanes victory. Lentz, the winner, moves to 2-2. He threw 5.1 innings of 1-hit ball, while fanning 9 and giving up 1 walk. T.J. Hurd earned his 1st save in 2 tries.

Matt Malone aided the Miami cause with a run-scoring double in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the right fielder was 1-3 with a double and a walk, while scoring 2 runs.

"Enjoyed this one," Lentz told the Miami Citizen. "But it's back to work tomorrow."

Even with the win, the Hurricanes have a dismal 14-29 record.
