Conley goes 3-for-4 as Bears Squeeze Past Cal State Fullerton
The Baylor Bears beat the Cal State Fullerton Titans, 6-5 at Hartford College Grounds, in part due to first baseman Jim Conley, who nabbed player of the game honors. He was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Jarrod Cousins closed the game out for Baylor, earning his 6th save. Cal State Fullerton has now lost 4 consecutive games.

Conley had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the third inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Bears went on to win.
