Seminoles Roll to 8-1 Win Over Salukis
Florida State rode a good effort from starter Lance Crumpton to beat the South Illinois Salukis at Field of the Shield. The final score was 8-1. The Seminoles improve their record to 17-20 with the win over South Illinois.

The Seminoles got a big at-bat from shortstop Chris Parker. For the game, Parker was 1-5 with a double. He drove in 2 runs. In the top of the third, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season gave Florida State a 2-0 lead.

"We'll keep our chins up and get ready for the next game," said losing manager Justin Page.
