Clayton, Horned Frogs Clobber Longhorns
The TCU Horned Frogs clobbered the Texas Longhorns, 13-2, at Ballpark of Celebration College today. TCU first baseman David Clayton was named player of the game for his productive day. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. TCU currently is in 17th place in the Cliff Gustafson at 16-19.

Clayton had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 3rd in the top of the sixth inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Horned Frogs went on to win.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Clayton told reporters after the game.
